Whether its from quarter-costing arcade games, to platformers, to some of the best fighting games in the world, and even role-playing games, the X-Men are on the full spectrum of video game styles. We do know that the project will be heading to "multiple consoles" next Autumn, and that there's solid X-Men comic book talent involved, with Mike Carey, the writer behind titles like Hellblazer, Unwritten, and X-Men Legacy creating the game's storyline. It looks like Wolverine, Gambit, and Rogue will have to get back to work: there's a new X-Men game on the way, in the shape of X-Men: Destiny.Īlthough the game's just been announced, details are pretty thin on the ground at the moment.
